ELISA (Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay)

ELISA has been used globally for the detection of various antibodies and antigens. This procedure is very simple and also as sensitive as radioimmunoassay. In ELISA, only a small quantity of test reagent is required and in this, the enzyme is used instead of fluorescent dye. ELISA can be used for the detection of antigen and antibody.
